Recette 290: Puff Pastry Shells with Scrambled Eggs (and Marinara Sauce)


3/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
6 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
Few grains of pepper
Puff Pastry Shell, baked
Marinara sauce

Sauté onion in butter until soft but not browned. In a bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet and cook, stirring frequently until oinon-egg mixture is scrambled. Spoon egg mixture into warm pastry shells and serve with marinara sauce (forgot about it oops).
